Daniel petrov

Born in Odessa, Ukraine, Daniel and his family moved to Southern California in 1989. He vividly remembers watching “A Few Good Men” as a young man, captivated by the power of legal advocacy to challenge injustice. That spark ignited a passion that ultimately led him to law school, where he honed his skills and developed a profound respect for the law’s ability to protect the vulnerable.

Though he didn’t initially set out to focus on personal injury, fate intervened in the form of a challenging job market in 2007. Landing a role at a personal injury firm proved to be a pivotal moment, as he quickly discovered a calling that resonated deeply with his own experiences.

After seeing his own family members struggling with insurance companies, Daniel knows the frustration of navigating a system that often feels stacked against the individual. He loves helping people fight back against big corporations that try to take advantage of them, and he finds it incredibly rewarding to use his knowledge and experience to fight for their rights and secure the compensation they deserve.

Daniel believes in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring that each individual feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their legal journey. This personalized approach distinguishes him from larger practices that may prioritize volume over individual attention.

Daniel received his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University and his law degree at California Western School of Law.
