Theodore "Ted" Bertier

Ted is a Co-Founder of Hilmoe, Bertier & Marrero, LLP. He manages the firm's estate planning, trust administration and probate practice. Ted works closely with teams of advisors whenever approaching estate planning. He has a depth of experience with unique assets that include appreciating stock, real estate, and intellectual property. Prior to HBM, Ted was Of Counsel to Walters & Ward & Vanguard, both estate planning boutiques. Earlier, Ted litigated proceedings throughout Southern California.
In his spare time, Ted enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Education
Ted graduated from the University of California San Diego with a B.A. in English Language & Literature and received his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, CA.
